Shepherd's Corrner Podcast Calendar

Our Mission

We are a family growing people to the glory of God.

Church Profile

We are a church of about 290 members who are dedicated to immersing ourselves in the Lord's word and his work, with many bible studies and outreach ministries.  We have a strong education program which includes all ages and is coordinated so that the spiritual education is well rounded and bible based.  Our shepherds and ministry staff are committed to facilitating and encouraging involvement in any ministry God has given the individual member a gift for, or that the member has been called to participate in.  We are a family of many origins, many races, and many backgrounds, but we are unified into a loving family by Christ and him crucified.

Local Outreach

We provide several outreach programs to the people of the Columbia area, including:

Provide meals twice a month for the St. Francis House, a shelter for homeless men.
Hold an annual garage sale, the proceeds of which are used to purchase backpacks and school supplies for underprivileged area youth.
School Store, the event that hands out the school supplies and backpacks, held each fall
Vacation Bible School, held for one week every other year, which averages 100 students per night and a bible based curriculum.
Friends and Family Day, held each fall, welcoming friends and family to a worship service, a meal and fellowship
Refreshment for the Soul, handing out water and providing support at local events
